8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trippack will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the date above and, where appropriate, by additional notice.
